Cisco Switching and Routing Basics

The course teaches skills in installing, configuring, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting routed and switched mid-sized networks as well as implementing remote connections in a wide area network. Students will learn about dedicated connection to multiple sites using Frame-Relay and PPP, configuring routing protocol between sites, install and implement wide-area enterprise networks to ensure proper communication between remote sites and provide secured internet connection to users.
