This program prepares students to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by servers running different operating systems, desktop systems running Windows, network, Internet and the cloud using Cisco devices, vSphere, Linux and WAN equipment.

The graduate troubleshoots and solves problems related to local-area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) and provides technical support to end-users with relations to computer hardware and software. He/she assists in the technical design, implementation and support of all network solutions throughout its entire lifecycle of a network with associated systems following the industry standards.
